At Pure Balance we take detoxification seriously and have developed a variety of ways to support you throughout the detoxification process.
At many times in my personal life I have relied heavily on the detoxification process to pull me out of a variety of health conditions. As a teenager I expereinced a near death accident and my recovery lead to my earlier studies in Naturopathic Nutrition, and Herbal Medicine. I have used detoxification as a way to heal my body and regain health several times and support my body through the ascension process. If it was not for naturopathic detoxification and healing my body with herbs, raw food, juices and nutrition I'm sure would not be here to this day.
As a teenager my health was severely damaged with blood clots in both legs, renal failure and gas gangrene, the blood clots still remainup through into my pelvis today. This was confirmed only 18 months ago with ultrasound. Back then Doctors told me that I could never have children, but after detoxfication and vegan eating for 18 months I felt my body was strong, and naturally fell pregnant when the time was right. The detoxification and vegan eating supported the regaining of my health and I went on to have 2 children, both natural births and the 2nd one was actually pain free. This was also due to my experience in meditation and concentration practise being able to a hold an altered state. I trained myself in concentration, meditation and self hypnosis under the guidance of a spiritual teacher. I have lived and breathed these processes many times as they have been my personal healing journey. I share this wisdom with you when you allow me to help you with your health care.

This program gets you kick started so you can move forward on your own, you are introduced to a variety of healing systems to support the body's detoxification abilities. Taught how to prepare foods and care for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies over the 5 days.
Includes 4-5 star private accomodation, all meals, 1:1 tuition, 3 x 90 min Naturopathic/Energetic or dna consultations or healing sessions with Ohlara , 2 x 90 min spa detox pampering sessions, 4 x 3hr sessions of cellular Electro-Regensisis Photon Light Therapy, use of Jai detoxification and energy enahncer during retreat. all Detoxification products eg herbs, supplements, detox manual, Platinum Alchemy Organic skincare products, plus weekly support for 60 days afterwards.

This retreat is designed to focus on personal detoxification and healing in a small group setting (6 - 8 participants), consultation time is given to each individual to set up a personalized detoxification program for the week. A retreat theme is established from the needs of the group. Each day you are guided through organic detoxification and lifestyle cooking classes, based on a balanced vegan diet. Group meditations, healing sessions and activities are delivered for the specific needs of each group so your time is filled with creative, healing projects to support inner development and personal healing. And of course time is dedicated to pampering, the body, mind and soul to infuse as much love from the Divine Feminine Platinum Ray as possible all desinged to support and renew you ready to step forward in life.

- Naturopathic Detoxification Program and Consultations with Ohlara
You atttend an intitial consultation where we design a specific program suitable to your needs. Most people start with a liver cleansing program and this is designed to include, lung, bladder and liver detoxification as well. The program is followed for 6 weeks in your home. We provide you with all the necessary information and essential products herbs, clays, delicious recipes etc to kick start your program.

Daily Detoxification tips are sent to you to help you stay motivated and explain further any areas that you my need asssitance with.
A follow up session is reccommended halfway through your program to help you with in any areas that you may need assistance and then a final session is recommended on completion of your program to provide you with the necessary information to incorporate the principles into your daily life.

A full history is taken and a detailed program is set up for you. You leave with everything you need to start your program
