Weekly Classes

Weekly Meditation and Spiritual Development Classes

Classes are held weekly at PureBalance located @ Avoca Beach with Ohlara. Each class runs for 90 minutes incudes a guided meditation, silent inner reflection and discussion.

Classes are suitable for both experienced and new meditators each class provides ongoing support to deepen your personal meditation technique and development.

Ohlara shares her 27yr experience of meditation, energetic healing, natural therapies and esoteric wisdom with participants in each class.

Weekly Class Timetable

Day	Time	Focus
Tuesday morning	11.00am to 12.30pm	Chakraevolution. A new program of Chakra awakening and development. Includes Meridian & Yoga stretches, Meditation & Creative Chakra Exploration. Supporting personal and Psychic development. Great Fun Class Email booking with your name & phone number
Tuesday evening	6:30pm to 8:00pm	Crystal bowls and sounding. Clearing, activate, DNA and cellular memory. Awaken and open to the new earth energies. Email booking with your name & phone number
Wednesday morning	6.00am to 7.00am	Heart Centered Healing & silent meditation, includes light breakfast 7:00 to 7:30am (Weekly bookings essential) Email booking with your name & phone number
Thursday evening	6:30pm to 8:00pm	Shamanic Healing Journey's. Journey with Platinum Angel Justine (inner child support) and the earths precious animals connecting you to your inner wisdom and life guidance. Email booking with your name & phone number
